Our effectiveness is not only achieved in our ability to focus on the current problem, but also to identify underlying issues that worsen and perpetuate the problem. By doing so the individuals have opportunities to discover appropriate solutions and to develop the ability to change their behaviors allowing them to make healthy choices for living.
